Ruhnau Clarke Architects has been named a 2015 Top Workplace in the Inland Empire

At Ruhnau Clarke Architects our employees are our greatest asset. We are invested in their professional development and committed to building a community of engaged team members who have opportunities to collaborate both inside and outside the office. This year, we are especially proud to be named a 2015 Inland Empire Top Workplace by the Press Enterprise because it is a direct reflection of that commitment.

“One of the proudest things about being selected as a top workplace is that, indirectly, the judges who selected us for this distinction were really our very own employees by their comments in the surveys they completed.  Beyond feeling good about pay and benefits, our people feel they are appreciated and a part of something meaningful, according to the survey results.  Another “aha” moment that made the honor special was that many of the others being honored were non- profit organizations, whose specific goals are altruistic.  It is heartening to know that so many of our coworkers believe that we too, are a part of something special”.

Paul GillDirector of Client Relations

Employees completed anonymous employee engagement surveys to measure “Me” and “We” factors. “Me” factors include an employee’s job, his/her manager and benefits; these are combined with “We” factors like an organizations core fundamentals- its values, mission, culture, and the like. Top workplaces must excel at both.

In addition to providing generous benefits and opportunities for job growth, Ruhnau Clarke Architects fosters a collaborative company culture aimed at personal and professional growth with programs like XPLORE and regular team building events.
